Overview¶
SpatialCore provides implementations of classical spatial statistics adapted for single-cell resolution spatial transcriptomics data, including both global (tissue-wide) and local (per-cell) variants.

Moran's I¶
Measures spatial autocorrelation of a single variable (gene expression).
